What's different during limited functionality mode?

The following services remain available:

• Login to AMS using all methods: HSPD-12 Access Card^* or PIV Derived Credentials, OpDiv Network Credentials (NIH users only), AMS Credentials
• Full access to all linked applications
• Help links: AMS Need Help and Self-Help Portal
• ONE-DHHS Helpdesk assistance

These services are temporarily not available:

• End-user functions:
• View My Profile
• Forgot AMS Username
• Forgot / Change AMS Password
• First-Time AMS User
• Change security questions^*
• Link/Delink Applications^*
• Administrative User Functions - most are not available
• Automated account linking and synchronization functions are suspended
• Access Management Functions
• AMS Application Integration Portal
